About the Coffee Machine
The Sage The Barista Express™ is a manual espresso machine with an integrated grinder, allowing you to prepare espresso from freshly ground coffee at home. It combines precise grinding, low-pressure pre-infusion and electronic temperature control to give you greater control over the brewing process and the flavour in your cup.
The integrated conical burr grinder features 18 grind settings. The electronic PID system maintains a stable temperature during extraction with an accuracy of ±1°C, while the analogue pressure gauge lets you monitor the extraction process. The amount of coffee extracted can be set automatically or manually. The swivel steam wand makes it easy to prepare textured milk for cappuccinos and flat whites.
